Dear Students,
Within the Covid-19 control measures, at every entrance to our university's units, providing your vaccination information or being passed disease or a negative PCR test performed maximum 48 hours ago will be questioned by the HES application. If you do not submit it, your access to all units of our University will be restricted (https://www.eskisehir.edu.tr/duyurular/ogrencilerimize-onemle-duyurulur-1630074537).
To be able to enter the campus;
- Your vaccination certificate,
- If you are not vaccinated, your negative PRC test within the past 48 hours will be required.
Your vaccination information completed in your own countries is required to be provided by Hayat Eve Sigar (HES), as well. Therefore, please find the instruction below and the steps to follow to get the approval that takes approx. 2-3 days;
- Write a petition (the draft of the petition)
- Print out your vaccine certificate
- Take the vaccine certificate and the petition with you and go to the Eskisehir City Health Administrative that is in the old 'Asker Hastanesi'
- Wait 2-3 days then open HES application-->'My Covid-19 Vaccination Information'-->'My Vaccination Certificate'-->'Create a vaccination certificate'-->'Add passport'
