Please keep in mind that you can take any course from any faculty as long as the course hours are not overlapped. You can also take the courses recommended by your departmental coordinator.

2.      Change of Learning Agreement

It is important to know that courses that you choose in your first Learning Agreement may not be available. If this situation occurs, you need to follow the following steps:

-          Decide the courses that you will change with your Departmental Coordinator at ESTU.

-          Get in touch with your home University to make the necessary changes on OLA system.

-          When it is approved by your home institution, inform your Departmental Coordinator at ESTU to approve it as well.

-          When the process is over, please do not forget to inform the International Affairs Office.

If we cannot see the changes on the OLA system as approved, we won’t be able to issue your final documents such as transcript.

3.      Residence Permit

Incoming students must apply for a residence permit at the Immigration Office within one month of their arrival in Türkiye. First, you need to make an online application ().

During the application and document collection process, your buddy students will guide you as they are well-informed about the entire procedure.
