Staff Mobility for Training

Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility is an activity that allows both administrative and academic staff from a higher education institution holding the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) in a Programme Country (EU Member States or associated countries) to enhance professional skills and exchange knowledge and experiences with international colleagues.

Unlike teaching mobility, there is no need for an inter-institutional agreement between HEIs for training mobility. Staff training mobility does not support seminar and conference participation.

The duration of the mobility must be a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 2 months, and the teaching activity must include at least 8 hours of instruction.
