Erasmus+ Staff Teaching Mobility is an activity that allows academic staff from a higher education institution holding the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) in a Programme Country (EU Member States or associated countries) to teach at another higher education institution holding an ECHE in Turkey.
The duration of the mobility must be a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 2 months, and the teaching activity must include at least 8 hours of instruction.
Incoming teaching staff can participate in this mobility only if there is a valid bilateral (inter-institutional) Erasmus agreement between Eskişehir Technical University (ESTU) and the sending institution.
Application and Approval Procedure
1️⃣ Initial Request
- Send an email to uib@eskisehir.edu.tr expressing your interest.
- Attach your CV and the completed Visitor Request Form → Click to reach the form.

2️⃣ Departmental Approval & Program Planning
- The International Relations Office forwards your request to the relevant department.
- If approved, the department coordinator and you plan the teaching program.
- Prepare the Mobility Agreement (Teaching) jointly with the host department → Click to reach Mobility Agreement (Teaching).
3️⃣ Submission & Invitation
- Send the signed Mobility Agreement and a passport copy to the International Relations Office.
- The IRO issues the official Invitation Letter for visa and institutional procedures.
