It is a 4-day sports festival for Erasmus students featuring various sports activities, competitions, cultural events, and social interactions. This is not a professional sports competition, but rather a vibrant environment where participants can experience a wide range of sports while focusing on peace culture and intercultural dialogue, utilizing the facilities of our esteemed university.

How to Apply and Pay?
Applications for the event will be accepted online between March 10th and April 26th. Please transfer the attendance fee to the IBAN in the form. Participation fee is 400 Turkish Lira. Please make sure you put your name and the event name (ESTU ERASMUS SPORTS FESTIVAL) in the description of the bank transfer. Upon successful submission and acceptance of your application, you will receive a confirmation email. If you haven't received the email, please contact us.

How Can I Reach Eskisehir Technical University for the Festival?
The event will take place at Eskisehir Technical University, Iki Eylul Campus. It is easily accessible by public transportation.
From Ankara Esenboga Airport:
You can use Havas (90₺) to travel from the airport to the bus terminal or train station. From there, you have the option to take the high-speed train (195₺) or a bus to reach Eskişehir. Once you arrive at Eskisehir's high-speed train station, you should take the Municipality Bus (15₺) number K4 from the bus stop behind Espark Shopping Mall.
From Istanbul :
If you're traveling through Sabiha Gökçen Airport, you can reach Eskişehir by taking the metro to the high-speed train station. From there, it takes approximately 3 hours by train to reach Eskisehir. Once you arrive at Eskişehir train station, you should take the K4 municipal bus from the bus stop behind Espark Shopping Mall to reach ESTU.
If you are arriving by bus:
If you arrive in Eskisehir by bus, you can take the tram line 1 Otogar-SSK from the station in front of the bus terminal. After getting off at the Bağlar stop, you should then take the K4 Municipality Bus from the bus stop behind Espark Shopping Mall.
Transportation between the hotel and the campus will be provided daily throughout the event. We cannot guarantee transportation for attendees who do not stay in these hotels.
Please note that only Eskart and contactless credit cards are accepted for payment on the bus and tram. A boarding card can be bought from kiosks and agents.
How About Accommodation and Food Options?
We offer comfortable accommodation options for you. If you would like to stay at the hotel that we have arranged, please select your preference in the application form. Our accommodation options include single, double, and triple rooms, all with breakfast included. Hotel 1 is more economic but the location is not super central whereas Hotel 2 is in the center of the center.
You can reserve your room using the unique code that will be sent to you via email. This one-time code will be generated exclusively for you and should not be shared with anyone else. Please note that we will not be making reservations on your behalf.
Hotel 1: double room - room rate per night 1450 TRY (breakfast included)
Hotel 2: double room - room rate per night 2500 TRY (breakfast included)
Hotel 3: Double room - room rate per night 2600 TRY (breakfast included)
Hotel 3: Triple room - room rate per night 3500 TRY (breakfast included)
During the event, only lunch will be provided. Dietary restrictions specified in the form will be taken into account, however, individual requirements cannot be accommodated and will be determined based on the preferences of the majority. For dinner, venue recommendations can be provided based on participants' requests.
Water will be provided throughout the event, and tea and coffee breaks will be scheduled at regular intervals.
What does the attendance fee include?
The attendance fee for the 4-day festival is 400 Turkish Lira and accommodation of your choice. Your ticket includes complimentary a Welcome Pack, a guided tour, 4-day lunch and snacks, as well as unlimited tea, coffee, and water during breaks. Sports equipment and facilities will be available for use during the activities, and transportation service will be provided from our partner hotels.

○ Games: Running mat, sack race, rope skipping, etc.
The rules of the sport will be explained to the participants by the coaches before the competition. When teams are formed in your chosen sport, you will be informed about the fixture. Teams may consist of both genders.
