You need to go to the nearest or most appropriate Turkish Embassy or Consulate with your Acceptance Letter and other required documents to apply for a student visa. Please note that student visas must be obtained from a Turkish Consulate before your arrival in Turkey—this process cannot be completed within Turkey.
Make sure to apply with your Acceptance Letter from Eskişehir Technical University and allow up to 8 weeks for processing. You may find contact information for Turkish consulates through the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs website: https://en.goc.gov.tr/residence-1.
After your arrival and registration at ESTU, we will assist you with your residence permit application. If you are not required to obtain a visa, you may simply skip this step.
