Application Requirements and Documents
Applicants are required to submit the following documents:
- Signed and scanned Application Form (PDF file only)
- Transcript of Records (PDF file only)
- English Certificate (PDF file only)*
- Passport (copy)
- Official Health Insurance Document (must cover the dates of the mobility and include health and accident coverage)
All documents should be sent via e-mail to: uib@eskisehir.edu.tr
After arrival, students must submit a valid health insurance document (which can be issued in your home country or acquired in Eskisehir). Ensure that your insurance is valid in Türkiye for accidents and health problems.
Language Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Students: B1 level or higher is required (or a minimum of 5.0 IELTS or 60 TOEFL is recommended).
- Master’s Degree Students: B2 level or higher is required (or a minimum of 5.5 IELTS or 80 TOEFL is recommended).
- Accepted Certificates: Language certificates issued by the home university’s School of Foreign Languages or by public/private university units or Centres for Foreign Languages are accepted.
📩 Acceptance Letter
Once you complete all the application requirements and documents and send them to uib@eskisehir.edu.tr, you will receive your Acceptance Letter by e-mail.
🖋️ Learning Agreement (LA)
The Learning Agreement is an official document that outlines the study plan agreed upon by the student, the sending institution, and the receiving institution, ensuring that the courses taken abroad will be recognized after the mobility.

Step-by-step:
1️⃣ Please fill in the required fields on the Learning Agreement form yourself.
2️⃣ After completing your section, select the courses you will take at ESTU and their corresponding equivalent courses at your home university, in coordination with your ESTU Erasmus+ Departmental Coordinator and your Home University Coordinator, following the official course catalogue.
3️⃣ Once the Learning Agreement is fully completed, sign it yourself, have it signed by your home institution, and then submit it for the signature of the ESTU Departmental Coordinator.
Important: After filling out the Learning Agreement, send it via email to uib@eskisehir.edu.tr before submitting it to anyone for signature.

Please note:
- Some courses may change (added or removed) before the semester.
- Your departmental Erasmus+ coordinator will guide you through the most current course list.
- Even if some courses are taught in Turkish, incoming students can complete individual studies in English (such as projects, assignments, or one-to-one sessions with professors).
- When selecting your courses, please stay in touch with your ESTU Erasmus+ Departmental Coordinator and choose the courses together.
