Obligatory documents for application:
1- Application Form
2- Erasmus+ Learning Agreement for traineeship
3- Copy of legal ID card or passport
4- Transcript of Records in English (which shows your previous studies)
5- Official Health Insurance Document (covering the full duration of your mobility is required. The policy must include health, accident, and personal liability coverage.)
All completed forms and other required application documents must be scanned and sent to uib@eskisehir.edu.tr at least two months before the beginning of your traineeship.
After receiving the approval of the related Department and Faculty, an Acceptance Letter will be issued by Eskişehir Technical University.
The Acceptance Letter will be sent either to the International Office of your home university or directly to your personal e-mail address.
