Once you complete all the application requirements and documents and send them to uib@eskisehir.edu.tr, you will receive your Acceptance Letter by e-mail.
🖋️ Online Learning Agreement (OLA)
Eskişehir Technical University (ESTU) uses the Online Learning Agreement (OLA) system.
Step-by-step:
1️⃣ Prepare your OLA through your home university’s OLA system.
2️⃣ After completing your part, submit it to your ESTU departmental Erasmus+ coordinator for approval. Please make sure to inform your coordinator that your OLA is waiting for their confirmation.
3️⃣ Once your ESTU coordinator approves the document, please send an e-mail to uib@eskisehir.edu.tr to inform us that your OLA process has been completed.

Please note:
- Some courses may change (added or removed) before the semester.
- Your departmental Erasmus+ coordinator will guide you through the most current course list.
- Even if some courses are taught in Turkish, incoming students can complete individual studies in English (such as projects, assignments, or one-to-one sessions with professors).
- When selecting your courses, please stay in touch with your ESTU Erasmus+ Departmental Coordinator and choose the courses together.
