Eligibility
To apply for an Erasmus+ Traineeship at Eskişehir Technical University, students must be currently enrolled at a higher education institution and studying towards a recognized degree or qualification (including bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral level).
👉 A bilateral agreement with Eskişehir Technical University is not required for Erasmus+ traineeship applications.
Language Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree students: B1 level or higher (or min. 5.0 IELTS or min. 60 TOEFL recommended).
Master’s Degree students: B2 level or higher (or min. 5.5 IELTS or min. 80 TOEFL recommended).
Certificates from the home university’s School of Foreign Languages or public/private university units/Centre for Foreign Languages are accepted.
🧭 How to Arrange Your Traineeship
To apply for a traineeship at Eskişehir Technical University (ESTU), please first contact our International Affairs Office by sending an e-mail to uib@eskisehir.edu.tr.
When contacting the Office, please be ready to provide:
- 🧾 Your CV (Curriculum Vitae)
- ✉️ A Statement of Purpose / Motivation Letter
- 📄 A Letter of Reference
Your request will be forwarded to the relevant Erasmus Departmental Coordinator. If the coordinator finds your application suitable, you will be contacted directly.
All practical details — such as dates of stay, duration, and the training plan — will then be discussed and agreed upon between the department and the trainee.
Once all details have been confirmed, the department will notify the International Affairs Office, which will provide you with the necessary official documents.
