Application Procedure

Nomination

Students must be nominated by their home university, and the nomination should be sent to uib@eskisehir.edu.tr. The nomination letter must include the student's full name, birth date, valid email address, receiving faculty, and department at Eskişehir Technical University (ESTU), along with the subject area and the intended period of stay (winter semester, summer semester, or the entire academic year)

Erasmusport Online Registration System

After being nominated, an informative email containing a link and password for our Erasmusport Online Application System (https://erasmusport.eskisehir.edu.tr/) will be sent to the student's email address.

Please complete the Erasmus Students Online Application Form on your computer, sign the form, and send a soft copy via email. This online application form also incorporates the Housing Application Form. To facilitate accommodation assistance, it is essential to complete the Housing Application Form. Failure to do so may hinder our ability to support you in this regard.

Application Requirements and Documents

Applicants are required to submit the following documents:

  • Signed and scanned Application Form (PDF file only)
  • Transcript of Records (PDF file only)
  • English Certificate (PDF file only)*
  • Passport (copy)
  • Official Health Insurance Document (must cover the dates of the mobility and include health and accident coverage)

All documents should be sent via e-mail to: uib@eskisehir.edu.tr

After arrival, students must submit a valid health insurance document (which can be issued in your home country or acquired in Eskisehir). Ensure that your insurance is valid in Türkiye for accidents and health problems.

Language Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Students: B1 level or higher is required (or a minimum of 5.0 IELTS or 60 TOEFL is recommended).
  • Master’s Degree Students: B2 level or higher is required (or a minimum of 5.5 IELTS or 80 TOEFL is recommended).
  • Accepted Certificates: Language certificates issued by the home university’s School of Foreign Languages or by public/private university units or Centres for Foreign Languages are accepted.
