Erasmus+ KA171 International Credit Mobility Program (ICM Program)

The Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (KA171) programme promotes the exchange of students, academic staff, and administrative staff with countries not associated with the Erasmus+ Programme.

The main objective of KA171 is to enhance the quality of education and employability by enabling students to gain international academic experience and intercultural competencies that are increasingly valued in a globalized world.

Unlike EU mobility (KA131), KA171 activities are carried out within specific projects established through partnerships between higher education institutions. Each project typically lasts three years, following a competitive annual call for proposals in February, with results announced in August.
